The way i see you before was worst than now, I always see those tears on your eyes falling. I see how your grades soar down and your dreams are not quite vivid. I’m proud that right now the path you want to track is heading towards what you want. Continue being a better adolescent for someday i know you will achieve your goals with SOMEONE whom you want to share your accomplishments.

Few minutes ago, I was lying in bed - talking to Patrick. I was thinking of college and how it went for the past months.
College, so far was fair. Nothing much except for the extra freedom and near movie houses. I enjoyed my university. facilities and all. I hated Carmel Ray - an industrial park few blocks from my school where jeepneys stop to fetch passengers and stay there for like 15 minutes when I will already be late in 5.
I enjoyed my dorm and all the services it offers. I learned that commuting doesn’t only involve jeepneys with Siniloan and Sta.Cruz sign boards. Tanauan, Crossing, Lipa and Malvar also exist.
I didn’t have to travel for hours to reach SM.
So you see? I enjoyed most of my first months in college.
Then comes Algebra where I get a 3. I hate numbers. I hate Math. What came to be worst was Chemistry which made me hit 5. I know right? The hell I care with balancing equations! But I loved my prof. I took Ms.Leah’s class as a challenge. Oh 5, you won’t get me down. I loved History because Sir Ande was great.
Still, I’m acing English.
CAS Week, Foundation Week. Extra curricular activities. They aren’t in my vocabulary.
Friends? Few.
I choose my friends and people close to me knows that, well enough. I’m starting to hate or rather, to dislike myself a little less for that. Not that I am not enjoying, but I only have FEW persons I consider “friends” on my list - not because I am bad or what, others are merely strangers I get to see everyday when school is on.
I am, well - an AB Communication student but most of those persons on my list will soon be businesswomen and CPAs. (Most of them came from the College of Business and Accountancy, while I am from the College of Arts and Sciences)
Just like the old times. I can only put into words how I feel. Who am I to complain? As long as I have a decent education, I’m moving forward. Just three more years. :)

Nobody and nothing can stop my God from using me as His servant. Not even sin. Ü It isn’t about me and my sins, it is about God and His love for me demonstrated in Christ.

I have been struggling these past days. Rather, WE have been struggling. We tried everything we could to fight it but we can’t, or rather, we can but we wouldn’t. Then, I found this note from Kuya Gian, a not that somehow comforted me in the midst of a struggle. A note worth pondering.
We prayed, we claimed victory over sin but still we struggled terribly. We struggle to the point that we can just cry because we’re too weak to fight.
“If it’s something you’ve struggled with for more than a decade (and I’m guessing it is), I would consider doing the exact opposite of what you’ve been doing— totally relax, focus on the love of God for you even in the midst of doing it, reflect on your total forgiveness and the total acceptance you have. And just relax about it completely, and even thank Jesus for the struggle. “
